REPA-R500 sealant for water losses up to 500 l/day - REPA500

Features:

Water loss up to 500 liters / day

Can be used for steel, iron, copper and plastic

Permanent, resistant to aging

Pressure resistant up to 10 bar

Resistant to temperatures up to 1200°C

Chemical resistant, non-toxic, can be stored indefinitely, sensitive to frost

Mixing ratio 1:500

Application:

1. Determine the water volume of the heating system, see diagram

2. Remove the filter and strainer

3. Start the boiler and circulation pump

4. Fully open the radiator valves

5. Shake REPA-R 500 and pump it undiluted into the KFE valve (1 liter of REPA-R 500 to 500 liters of water)

6. Bring the heater to operating pressure and operating temperature

7. Thoroughly bleed the circulation pump and cooler

8. After about 5 hours, return to normal heating

9. Immediately rinse the machine and all objects that have come into contact with REPA-R 500 with water

Important instructions:

The heating system must be in operation for successful sealing, as REPA-R 500 only circulates to the damaged areas!

Heat and exposure time favor the sealing process! The sealing process can take several days. Do not use in systems filled with antifreeze or corrosion agents! Drain muddy heaters and fill with fresh water! Unlimited shelf life when stored frost-free!
