Cleaning mixture Q-800 for rust, sludge and limescale AV EQUEN - Q800/01

The concentrated cleaning mixture Q800 is designed to remove rust, corrosion sludge and scale in heating and cooling systems.

Features:

• removes rust, corrosion sludge and scale from the heating and cooling system;
• the mixture is neutral;
• does not damage glass, plastics;
• it is suitable for commonly used types of metals including aluminum-silicon alloys;
• extends the efficiency and lifespan of systems.

• Solubility - fully miscible in water

Dosage and application:

Dilution ratios:
1% – minimum effective concentration of the mixture
3% – recommended mixture concentration

Fill the system with water and add the Q800 cleaning mixture in the recommended amount of 3% of the total volume of water in the system (minimum dose is 1%). Clean at room temperature for 1-4 weeks and ensure constant circulation of the mixture in the system. Increasing the temperature and concentration of the product increases its effectiveness. After cleaning, drain the system and rinse thoroughly. Fill the cleaned system with treated water (e.g. using the AVDK 1000 Comfort demineralization unit) and apply the Q100 series inhibitor mixture.

Storage:

Store in tightly closed, original containers in a cool (+10°C to +35°C), dry and well-ventilated place for the intended purpose. When stored correctly, the product is stable for 24 months.8
