Highly effective cleaning mixture Q803R for corrosive dirt and deposits AV EQUEN - Q803R/01

The highly effective Q803R cleaning compound is designed to remove corrosive dirt and deposits in heating and cooling systems and heat/cold exchangers. It prolongs the efficiency and life of the systems, while being suitable for their acute cleaning.

Instructions for using Q803R cleaning mixture

The container with the product should be shaken well before use. It may contain sediment at the bottom of the container. If the sediment cannot be stirred, warm water can be used to dissolve it.

1. Before starting the cleaning process, we recommend installing a magnetic mechanical filter.
2. Fill the system with soft to medium hard water (≤ 10°dH) and add Q803R cleaning mixture in the appropriate ratio with water.
3. Depending on the complexity, size of the system and the amount of dirt, clean with the defined amount of product for the time specified in the table.
4. During cleaning, the pH value increases. When the pH reaches 8.5-8.7, the capacity of the cleaning agent is exhausted.
5. In case of very heavy contamination of the system, repeat the entire process.
6. After cleaning, drain the system and rinse it thoroughly (according to the ČSN 14868 standard at least 2 times). Then fill the system with suitably treated water (water demineralization using the AVDK 1000 unit) and treat with the ULTIMA Q100 inhibitor.

Recommended dosage and duration of the cleaning process

The cleaning process time depends on the amount of dirt in the system and the concentration of the cleaning agent used.

Safety precautions

• The mixture is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
• The safety data sheet is available on request from the manufacturer/distributor.
• Do not use undiluted.

Storage

• Store in tightly closed, original packaging in a cool (+10°C to +35°C), dry and well-ventilated place for this purpose.
• When stored properly, the product is stable for 24 months.
